Analysis of Global Semiconductor Equipment Market

Abstract — There are two hot topics in the global semiconductor equipment industry in 2017, one is the significant advance of EUV (ultra-violet) lithography equipment, and the other is the revival of the 8-inch ( 200 mm ) wafer manufacturing equipment market. Our country has already begun to have some 8-inch wafer manufacturing equipment supporting capacity and advanced packaging of the main equipment supply capacity, with the help of the global 8-inch equipment warming business opportunities, show their skills.

Study on Layout of an Electrostatic Protection Circuit

Abstract — With the rapid development of memory chips in China, the manufacturing process of memory chips has been improved continuously. The mainstream logic technology in China has developed to 28 nm process nodes, and the non-volatile memory NAND Flash has developed to 24 nm process nodes. Chips are widely used in various electronic products, and the ESD failure of IC chips accounts for a large proportion. Its reliability has been paid more and more attention. The design and optimization of the electrostatic protection circuit is particularly important. In this paper, an effective electrostatic protection circuit layout is proposed to save chip area and realize the electrostatic protection of chip pins.

一种消除音频功放关机爆破声的电路设计

摘要:在音频功放的电路设计中,由于音频原件进入稳定态需要时间。在音频原件还未进入稳定态时进行操作的话,则会产生爆破音,这一现象极易在系统下电时出现。而爆破音通过扬声器发送至人耳后,会给使用者造成极其不良的体验。因此,通过对原有音频功放电路的欠压检测,使音频功放电路在欠压时进行 shutdown 控制,在系统未稳定态时可起到消除爆破音的效果,极大地改善了客户体验。

A Circuit Design to Eliminate Blasting Noise of Audio Power Amplifier Shutdown

Abstract — In the circuit design of audio power amplifier, it takes time for audio originals to enter stable state. When the audio source is not in a stable state, it will produce explosive sound, which is very easy to occur when the system is powered down. And the burst sound sent to the human ear through the loudspeaker will cause users a very bad experience. Therefore, through the original audio power amplifier circuit under-voltage detection, the design makes the audio power amplifier circuit under-voltage shutdown control. When the system is unstable, it can eliminate the effect of popping and greatly improve the customer experience.

基于精密积分器的加速度-速度传感器电路设计

摘要:矢量水听器作为一种新兴的接收换能器,可同时获得声压和质点振速的信息,在水下探测、水下能源开发等方面作用日益凸现出来,越来越广泛的被使用。传统的方式通常利用振速水听器获取质点振速的信息,其具有便于信号处理的特点,但是由于其工作频带较窄,不适合直接使用。针对这一问题,借助精密积分芯片 ACF2101,对加速度信号进行积分获取速度信息,拓宽了频带。通过加速度信号积分获得的速度信号在易于信号处理的基础上兼具频带宽的特性。在水声工程中,换能器处于一个基础的地位,换能器技术的进步能够推进声纳系统技术的进步,改良后的传感器有很大的实际价值与意义。

Design of Circuit of Acceleration-Velocity Sensor Based on Integrator

Abstract — As a new receiving transducer, vector hydrophone is an increasing highlight and more and more widely used in the fields of underwater detection and underwater energy development , possessing the property of obtaining the acoustic pressure and particle velocity at the same time.Traditional methods usually use velocity hydrophone to gain information of particle vibration velocity, having the character of being convenient for signal processing, but they are not suitable for direct use because of their working frequency band is narrow. Aiming at this problem, with the aid of precise integration chip ACF2101, this article does integration of the acceleration signal to obtain velocity information, broadening the frequency band. Due to the very high sensitivity of acceleration signal at high-frequency section, speed signals that are obtained through the integral have the character of wide frequency band, on the basis of being convenient for signal processing. In underwater acoustic engineering, transducer is in the basic position. The progress of the transducer technology can promote the sonar system technology, and the improved sensor has great practical value and significance.

0.11~0.18μm 半导体制造 IMD 气泡解决方案

摘要:自 2000 年以来, 0.11~0.18μm 晶圆制造开始大规模使用 HDP FSG 作为 IMD 架构的主要工艺,但在生产过程中出现的 IMD 气泡缺陷极大的影响了半导体生产的良率。结合当今集成电路生产的实际情况,在多个方面对 IMD 气泡的具体表现作了较为详尽的分析,并从缺陷的成因,具体影响因素,薄弱工艺环节进行分析说明,并透过设计实验进行验证,寻找导致缺陷产生的具体因子,推测并验证失效模型, 并提出具体的解决方案,从源头预防缺陷的产生,有效的提升了晶圆生产的良率。

Study on Semiconductor IMD Bubble Solution in 0.11 to 0.18 μm

Abstract — Since 2000, HDP FSG has been widely used as the main technology of IMD architecture in 0.11~0.18μm wafer fabrication. The IMD bubble defects in the production process greatly affect the yield of semiconductor production. In this paper, the specific manifestations of IMD bubbles are analyzed in detail in many aspects according to the actual situation of IC production. The causes of the defects, specific factors and weak technological links are analyzed and explained. Through design experiments, the specific factors causing defects are found, and the failure model is inferred and verified. Specific solutions are proposed to prevent defects from the source, which effectively improves the yield of wafer production.

IP 核测试验证技术研究与应用

摘要:IP 核测试验证的目的在于检测其是否存在功能和时序错误,从而对 IP 核进行修改,提高产品的可靠性。结合用户设计的 IP 核测试要求,研究 IP 核测试验证方案与优化流程、系统性测试优化、自测试及其测试复用和测试集成与优化,以当今高速接口芯片关键测试测试共性问题为例,着重在 IP 核评测实施上提供具体ATE测试验证方案及流程,通过高速接口芯片实际开发测试的研究和实践,提出经济性、低成本和共性的自动化测试(ATE)解决方案及流程,从成本和效率上符合未来高速接口芯片的测试需求。

Study on Application of IP Test and Verification

Abstract — The purpose of IP core test and verification is to detect whether there are functional and timing errors, so as to modify the IP core and improve the reliability of the product. This paper mainly studies the IP core test requirements and optimization of the IP core test. systematic test optimization, self-test and its test reuse and test integration and optimization, taking the common problem of key test and test of high-speed interface chip as an example, focusing on providing specific ATE test verification scheme and process on IP core evaluation implementation, through high-speed interface The research and practice of actual development and testing of chips proposes economical, low-cost and common automated test (ATE) solutions and processes that meet the testing requirements of future high-speed interface chips in terms of cost and efficiency.

Research on Interference in Application of PLC Control System

Abstract — As an important part of industrial system, PLC control system has a close relationship between operation mode and the effect of industrial system. In the application process of PLC control system, it is likely to be disturbed by external factors, and the possibility of disturbance problems in the system is greatly enhanced. From the point of view of the operation mode of the PLC control system, this paper gives a comprehensive overview of the electromagnetic interference in the PLC control system. The anti-jamming measures of PLC control system are put forward. The influence of electromagnetic interference on the PLC control system is strictly controlled.

摘要:由于氢冷器用循环水水质影响导致发电机氢冷器结垢影响了氢冷器换热效果,最终导致发电机热氢温度超标,严重威胁发电机安全运行。通过氢冷器的通流试验、热阻计算,分析了氢冷器结垢对发电机冷却效果的影响,为解决发电机冷、热氢温度高的问题提供了有效指导。

Influence in Scaling of Hydrogen Cooler on Generator Wind Temperature

Abstract — Because of the influence of circulating water quality of hydrogen cooler, fouling of hydrogen cooler affects the heat exchange effect of hydrogen cooler, and eventually leads to the excessive temperature of hot hydrogen, which seriously threatens the safe operation of generator. In this paper, the influence in scaling on cooling effect of hydrogen cooler is analyzed through flow test and thermal resistance calculation of hydrogen cooler. It provides effective guidance for solving the problem of high temperature of generator's cold and hot hydrogen.

一种基于无线通信的电池组状态监测系统研究

摘要:以锂离子电池为直流电机供电系统作为研究对象,采用 ARMv7 系列微处理器 STM32F103 VET6 作为主控芯片,结合直流电流变送器 SIN-DZI-20A 和直流电压变送器 SIN-DZU-30V,提出一套嵌入式电池组状态监测系统设计方案。该监测系统能够实现电池组电压、电流、电量等状态参数的实时测量、电池组安全管理、数据及数据波形显示、电池组充放电状态控制和无线 WiFi数据通信等功能。通过软硬件系统联调,实验结果表明:电池组状态测量系统运行稳定,状态测量精度达到 0.5 级,且具备一定的抗电磁干扰能力。

Study of Battery State Monitoring System Based on Wireless Communication

Abstract —  In the paper, the research object is a lithium-ion battery system supplying power for a DC motor. The ARMv7 series microprocessor STM32F103VET6 is employed as the main control chip, and a DC current transducer SIN-DZI-20A and a DC voltage transducer SIN-DZU-30V are used as the key sensors for voltage and current measurements. Based on the hardware, a set of embedded battery condition monitoring system design scheme is proposed. The monitoring system can realize the real-time measurement of battery voltage, current, power and other state parameters, software filtering, battery safety management, data waveform display, battery charge and discharge state control, load state control and wireless WiFi data communication. Through the hardware and software system debugging, the experimental results show that the battery pack state measurement system runs stably, the state measurement accuracy reaches 0.5 levels, and has certain anti-electromagnetic interference ability.

火力发电厂凝汽器补水流量测量误差分析及改进方法

摘要:火电厂凝汽器补水流量测量的准确性对日常监视和火电厂经济性计算具有重要意义。某发电厂将机组凝汽器补水管道上原有的差压式流量计更换为超声波流量计,提高凝补水流量测量结果的准确性,记录并分析了不同工况下的测量结果。重点研究并解决了测量过程中高真空冷凝器对凝结水注入流量测量的干扰。结果表明当测点合理时,超声波流量计能够提高准确度。

Analysis on Error of Condenser Water Supply Flow Measurement in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract — The accuracy of measurement of supplementary water flow in condenser of thermal power plant is of great significance to daily monitoring and economic calculation of thermal power plant. In a power plant, the original differential pressure flowmeter was replaced by the ultrasonic flowmeter in the condensator water supply pipeline of the unit to improve the accuracy of the measurement results of the condensation water supply flow, and the measurement results under different working conditions were recorded and analyzed. In this paper, the interference of high vacuum condenser on the flow measurement of condensate injection is studied and solved. The results show that when the measuring point is reasonable, the ultrasonic flowmeter can improve the accuracy.

Abstract — This paper introduces an online monitoring and warning device and components for external damage prevention of transmission lines. In the area between two towers, the electrified body safety zone is formed by several beams on demand, such as timely warning of foreign body exceeding the limit, and the line inspectors are notified by short message. It provides the detection means for the fault indication and fault location of the transmission line corridor safety area.

Data Processing for 110 kV Capacitive Voltage Transformer

Abstract — Capacitor voltage transformer CVT has gradually replaced the traditional form of electromagnetic voltage transformer. The structure and working principle of 110 kV CVT are analyzed. The analysis and judgment methods of field test data are studied based on an example of abnormal test data. By detecting the parameters of CVT, such as capacity, insulation resistance and dielectric loss, the abnormal type and location can be found accurately and quickly. Preventive measures are put forward to ensure effective and timely handling of accidents.

Prevention and Treatment of Tripping Fault in Substation Operation

Abstract — In substation operation, tripping fault can cause power failure. The analysis and judgement of these faults will contribute to the accumulation of substation operation experience. Through analyzing trip fault, the corresponding prevention and treatment plan is given. This paper proposes to standardize on-site operation, procure equipment with standard design and excellent technology, so as to eliminate the hidden trouble of tripping fault in advance.

Abstract — The state assessment and operation status of the power grid are related to the normal life and work of the residents. It is necessary to evaluate the status of the power grid from time to time, and the faulty power cable assets should be maintained in time. This paper discusses the innovation of operation and maintenance management mode of power grid maintenance. Starting with the causes of easy-to-occur faults, it systematically expounds the strategies of status assessment, operation and maintenance and retirement. It is hoped that it will have some reference value for the innovation of power grid maintenance and operation management mode.

Abstract — The power unbalance of transformer/bus is an important index to evaluate the power quality, which directly reflects the operation of power grid. It is particularly important that the power dispatching automation system (EMS) has the function of real-time monitoring of power imbalance and rapid diagnosis of unbalanced points. Based on the current situation of the EMS system in Yiyang area, this paper designs the module of the system, and verifies the feasibility of the module through an application example.

There are many defects in the previous bird repellent, and the practical effect is not good. This paper designs an enhanced bird repellent controller with good application results.

Abstract — Pulse meter is a kind of instrument to detect the pulse of human body. Traditional pulse meter is greatly influenced by external interference factors, and the results of pulse test are not accurate enough. The wearable pulse meter of 51 series single chip microcomputer is a new type of pulse meter, which has the characteristics of strong anti-interference and high detection precision. This paper analyzes the design of the pulse meter, and verifies the advantages of the wearable pulse meter of 51 series single chip microcomputer in pulse detection.

Analysis of PT Inter-turn Short Circuit Fault at Generator Outlet

Abstract — Taking the PT fault at the outlet of 1 000 MW generating set as an example, this paper analyzes a PT inter-turn short circuit fault at the outlet of the generator, and expounds the process of the fault occurrence. Abstract — A low voltage network grounding monitoring system is designed to monitor the grounding of low-voltage distribution network remotely. To solve the drawbacks of manual measurement, the network grounding fault detection is not timely, low-voltage users one fire one place to steal electricity detection and punishment difficulties. The system has low input cost and can ensure the safe and reliable operation of low-voltage network. It is conducive to the line loss management of the power network, preventing the phenomenon of stealing electricity one by one, and promoting the development of intelligent distribution network.

单相光伏系统的逆变器控制方法

摘要:单相光伏并网逆变器是在比例积分调节器的控制下,存在电流环难以跟踪电流的情况,使得整个系统变得不稳定、抗干扰能力也变得比较弱。提出一种解决策略,基于比例谐振与 PI 调节器的单相并网的双并环控制,并且构建了一个仿真模型。运用一种仿真技术证明了该控制器应用在整个系统中实现了对并网电流的无静差控制,同时消除了 PI 控制引起的相位误差,从根本上提高了系统的稳定性。

Inverter Control for Single Phase Photovoltaic System

Abstract — Single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is controlled by PI regulator, and the current loop is difficult to track the current, which makes the whole system become unstable and the anti-interference ability becomes weak. A solution strategy is proposed, which is based on the single-phase parallel-loop control of proportional resonance and PI regulator, and a simulation model is constructed. A simulation technique is used to prove that the controller can realize the zero static error control of grid-connected current and eliminate the phase error caused by PI control. The stability of the system is improved fundamentally.

基于遗传算法的微电网无功优化研究

摘要:无功补偿对微电网的运行起重要作用,通过对感性负荷的补偿,改善用户电能质量、提高微电网的稳定性和经济运行。微电网无功补偿问题涉及很多因素,如无功补偿点选择和补偿容量的确定,是一个混合非线性规划问题。本文基于微电网的特点和结构,提出了一种新的无功补偿方案,以网损和无功投资总量最小为目标建立了微电网无功优化模型,基于遗传算法,设计了微电网无功优化流程图。在一个微电网实例中,验证了优化无功补偿对用户电压水平的改善效果。

摘要:现有 2M 线缆检测技术存在测试工器具体积大、容易发生误碰,两人测试,费工费时,存在测试时间长,易出错的问题。同时 L9-Rj48 型 2M 线缆无法检测的问题。设计一款便携式多功能 2M 线缆检测工具。该工具具有易使用、体积小、检测效率高等特点,利用电子电路对线缆进行检测。详细介绍了工作原理以及使用流程,为 2M 线缆的检测提供了可靠的检测手段。

摘要:风电系统的稳定性和安全性是一个系统的、整体的、综合的问题,不是单纯靠技术能够解决,需要多方合作,协同配合。本研究就继电保护出现的问题和解决的途径进行探讨,阐述了继电保护的原理,在运行过程中出现的继电保护问题,以及大规模风电基地接入电网系统的继电问题改善方法和问题解决掉的途径。

基于电气距离的复杂电网关键节点识别

摘要:分析网络特性与连锁故障所传递的特征对大范围停电事故的影响。通过电网分布机理深入研究和分析经典网络模型中无法结合并判断网络潮流的分布规律,在此基础之上分析电网参数中所包含的物理信息。按照叠加原理计算出电网阶段距离,总结和归纳网络节点中的电气耦合连接度,揭示出电网内部异质结构。

电力系统故障线路的定位研究

摘要:随着社会的不断发展,人们对于电力的需求量在不断增加,但是在电力需求量增加之后,电力系统本身所面临的问题也在不断加剧。因此,究竟要如何处理所面临的问题,就成为当前电力系统相关人士需要重点研究与解决的问题。在电力系统中,输电线路作为重要的组成部分,是沟通电站与用户终端的桥梁,同时也承担了电力传输的使命。但是,对于电力系统的电路而言,一旦出现线路故障,就会影响到日常的生活与生活。针对准确的故障定位技术,不但可以满足巡线负担的减轻,同时也能够加快线路恢复供电。从而,提升电力系统的稳定性,降低实际的运营成本耗费。因此,对电力系统故障线路的定位进行了分析。

基于 Matlab 的笼形异步电动机降压启动分析

摘要:为了降低启动电流,会采用各种降低电动机定子端电压的方式,限制启动电流。利用 Matlab 软件仿真电动机全压启动及定子串电阻降压启动、变压器降压启动系统。仿真分析这些启动系统的启动电流、转速和电磁转矩的曲线。
